Yes, that's correct. I probably should have mentioned that "Cooper Enterprises Ltd." and "Port Coquitlan, B.C." are the identifying engravings on the
electrical panel.
The CEL marking is part of the
Hull Identification Number. You can read about the location and structure of this number
here.
