Farr PH Sailing her from Copenhagen to the Canary Islands

I'm a newbie so be easy on me.
We are considering buying a Farr Pilot house 50 or 56 ft to cruise around Europe for a few years. Once we feel we know the boat well enough to venture out into the big ocean we would like to take her to other interesting places.



Is anyone familiar with Farr PH positive or negative comments are welcome.


Also how far into the fall can one sail from Copenhagen to the Canary Islands?and how early into the spring can one do the same route?


What could we expect to pay to have an experience skipper on board to do this route
