Endurance 64 Aluminum near Cape Horn Info?

Hi all,

I was just checking out Marinetraffic.com and I noticed an interesting aluminum sailboat down near Cape Horn called the Endurance 64.

It has an interesting design, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it? Seems to be made for serious conditions, but are davits really a good idea for the sea conditions down there? Of course it may not have them deployed now...just curious if anyone knows anything about it. Thanks!
