Dolphin sr conversion

Hello I just received a dolphin sr this week and the hull is in good shape but sail and mast are in terrible condition it appears in storage something bent the boom and that’s why I got it for free I was wandering how hard it would be to convert a hobie holder 9 mast and boom to the dolphin I’ve had the hobie holder mast for a couple of years and was trying to find a hull for it but never got around to it, I would like to hear others thoughts on what I should do.
