My son is on the
west coast, but moving to the
east coast. He spends a fair bit of time looking at houses on FaceTime with his
east coast real estate
broker. The
broker tours potential houses and my son can watch the live video. He can tell her to point the
phone camera at what interests him to get more detail. He can get a much better idea on whether the house is worth a cross-country trip to look at in person.
I think the same technology could be used when
buying a boat, and wondered if any of the brokers are using it.
