getting survey done on 9th Dec, if all good ownership on the 14 th Dec

From the photos, it needs rigging.
Also make the offer very low, that custom hard top is poorly done, and should save you serious money. The joinery is also poor. I like boats like this, they can be stolen.

sad to say the sea trials went poorly ,the poor things been sitting for 5 years .not much was working on bored .i understood it needed new stays, all new ropes and fore ward hatch replacing. however the rest that wasn't working made it a rebuild job rather than a ready to sail .the owners were stead fast on the price so i had to walk away , pity she was such a nice boat 5 years ago.
