Boat: 40 foot Schucker motorsailer and 46 foot Ted Brewer custom

Delong Marine Mathews
Would anyone here know anything about these motorsails or know where I can find information. I think they where built in Canada and the one I'm interested in is 1993 model.

I have now found out this boat was built in Los Angeles.
However looking for more info if anyone can help.
