Confortable/bright Deck Saloon/fast motorsailer

Dear all,
I'm looking for my next boat after a Dufour 425 GL that i really enjoyed.

Due to budget something like a Kirie Fifty 27, Benetau Evasion 28, Westerly Centaur or some similar, good at sailing, deck house to do not have the feeling of going down in the cave but nice and bright?
Without being a real motorsailer also a proper sailboat with a raised tug will work fine too and will make the owner happy to sail properly

Max 8.5MT (28ft) or close by and under 20.000€, do you have any model to suggest/raccomend?
European model that are possible to be found in the Med or north Europe would be great

Hi Stephano.. long time no see amigo..
For a deckhouse boat the LM 27 is hard to beat, roomy and comfortable and sails very well for a motor sailor. The cockpit can be converted to an extra cabin at anchor or in the marina giving 2 extra berths if needed.

If you prefer a fin keel the LM 28 is also very nice but is €5,000 over your stated budget, but who knows, you may be able to get it for less..
