Saw it being made at the yard. Huge boat, real flat bottom. Probably the fastest mono hull yet built. Basically skims along the surface.

Last season I was lucky to see Comanche up close and personal racing the Rolex series off Porto Cervo, Sardinia. I was right on the start line aboard our Oyster 53 as Comanche took the start and roared past me less than ten meters away. It's truly amazing the level of control and speed those boats acheive. I simply maintained my slow forward speed and track, crossed my fingers, and they sped by at over twenty knots. WOW!
