Columbia boats vs hughes columbia?

I tried to research this online but haven't come up with much. Does anybody here know the key differences in terms of quality of build between these 2?

Hughes Boatworks & Columbia Yachts have (separately & together) a long and complicated/convoluted history.
Which particular models are you trying to compare?

Well, as I think about it, I suppose it would be tough to compare my 1969 C36 with a Hughes Columbia 36 made at least 10 years later. As far as I can tell the Highes was not based at all on the older C36. Apparently it was derived from the Coronado 35.

So maybe this is a useless question...
