Clipper Marine 30' ???

I just bought a 75 Clipper Marine 30'. I am wondering about what I have. It is a plain boat with a short fixed keel . I didn't pay much and expect it's worth about the same . Should I be happy or is it a total waste of time . It's been on a trailer for years and has rain in damage. Hull seems solid ,leaks around ever top fitting and window.
