I've looked all over Craigslist nationally, googled, binged, what have you. I've tried to message the class associations on the
west coast through contact info on their 5-year-old Facebook pages, and even called a few companies that seem to deal with
cal 20 parts, but no luck.
My
cal came with a main in so-so condition, and a
jib that's very nice but made for a
roller furler, which I don't have and don't plan to get.
I know I can buy some new ones, but the
jib alone is a 1000 bucks. I'm hoping to find someone with a decent used set, especially a jib.
Am I dreaming too big? Does anyone have any suggestions or strategies about how to find other
cal owners?
