Caliber 38

Advice needed
I am buying my first sailboat. For a very long time I have been looking for a Pacific Seacraft 37 but I couldn't find one and luckily I have had a chance to get an offer from a brooker for Caliber 38 1991 from her first owner. Well maintained. The design and keel and skeg hung rudder are nearly same as Crealock 37.
I am looking forward to hear from you. I will buy Caliber 38 at May 2019 after completing a full survey.

I am not sure where you are looking, but there is a nice looking PS 37 in Niceville, FLA at Bluewater Bay.

I have checked every possible source and you are right, there are really nice PS 37s around. The point is I live in Istanbul and I am looking a sailboat that I can buy from somewhere in Turkey. The other issue is the budget. Other than that, I would like to thank you for your response cause that was my first post and you are the first who responded after couple of days. :-)
The Caliber 38 that I found here is a really nice one, really well maintained. And actually deseign is very similar to PS regarding the hull, keel and skeg hung rudder. We will make a complete survey. What I need is there limited sources about Caliber on the web. It would be great if I could find some other sources.
