Cal 28 MKII Teak and Holly Sole Damaged

The sole has been badly stained by sitting in water for some time. I would like to remove and replace the teak and holly plywood on either side of the bilge access panels which can be refinished. The plywood seems to be stuck to the fiberglass by some sort of adhesive. How can the boards be removed without damaging the fiberglass? Any ideas on a supplier for teak and holly plywood? -- Thanks
