Unlikely you will ever find one. Best to get some general sailing
books, general
maintenance books, and a repair manual for your
outboard (or inboard).
If you've no sailing experience at all, a
sailing school is nice but not necessary. If you've got some sailing friends, or can make some, that's also a plus.
When I first expressed interest in
learning to sail many years ago, a sailing friend said to me -
"I can teach you everything you need to know about sailing in 15 minutes, but it will take you 15 years to become a sailor."
He was right.
