after some further thought in my search for a
boat, I've found a C&C-27 that without a doubt is probably the intelligent way to go, instead of
buying an old iron
keel snail of a
boat.
from what i can tell its a MK-3 C&C-27 with the Atomic-4 replace with an 18hp izuzu
diesel,
3 blade prop, new paint/buff/wax outside, excellent condition
interior, good-to really good sail inventory, pretty much in excellent shape for 7000$
worth while?
what can you say about
C&C boats? never sailed one, but they seem to be a pretty high quality boat that holds their own at the yacht club races.
are they tough capable boats? are they racers or cruisers? are they worthy of say, a
cruise to
alaska from
washington? what are their limitations?
