Swing keel is the wrong word , centerboard is what you have .
You have a keel with ballast and a board that drops thu a hole [trunk ] .
Usually on a swing keel a great percentage of the ballast was swung . Your board was fiberglass and the dimensions would not be to critical as long as the board fit tight enough at so as not to stutter and chatter .
