bristol vs gozzard

I have been looking at the bristol 41.1 vs the gozzard 36 for a boat to use in the bay, as well as some cruising down to the keys. Any opinions on these boats would be appreciated?

I have a Bristol 41.1 listed for sale, and find the boat to be very solid, and has help up well for we age. I was also very impressed by her sailing ability.

I'm used to lighter more performance oriented monohulls and cruising cats. I thought the Bristol was going to be a pig, but she sailed surprisingly well.

It isn't my boat. I am the list g agent. The sellers have owned the boat for 20 years, and have moved back ashore.

They LOVE the boat.
