Bringing a condition "c" fisher 46 from Guatemala to europe.. Smart or stupid?

Hi guys

I made a one week 1500 mile Trip to Italy last week to Look at my Favorit buying candidate for high latitudes sailing... Incl. ice.

It was a diy steel Yacht of 52ft lod(!). 30metric Tons.
Owner build it With jongert Qualität in Mind over 16 years (!)
It Was in absolute stunning Prestige condition With perfect build passive and active safty measures... And we inspected it very carefully for three days. Selling Would be around 110 usd

BUT it is a boat build by a non sailor and lacks a lot of everday live aboard and cruising Features... It doesnt even have heating.

Thus i have looked at comparable boats.
The closest... Even If Not steel... Are the fisher 37 or 46.
The large one seams to be checking quite many of my checkboxes... But their have only 15 been build and there is only one for sale i know of. In Guatemala. The owner says it is not in a good condition. Which is fair. Pictures speak for themselves.

Is it wise to buy a boat in Guatemala and bring it to europe to refit?
I Do NOT own an oil field...but need to work for my money.

Does anyone know of a fisher 46 That might be for sale in close future?
