Bow Rail

Not sure were to post this .. so I'll start here.


I need the bow rail for a Pearson 28 from 1975. Any suggestions??


the one I have was broken in the front of it by an errant boat. I've been told by several people and welders not to try to weld it because it would weaken the structure at that joint.



Used or New need suggestions.

Find a good fabricator in your area and have the build a new one out of quality stainless.

Our bow pulpit got smashed when the mast came down in our previous Insatiable. A guy came to the marina and built us another one, in situ, and it took part of a morning. We gave him the old one, as some of the bits could be used for other projects.

Hooper's Yachts has four Pearsons sitting in the yard of various sizes. Some have been in the yard for years. Perhaps one of the sellers would be willing to part out their boat.
