Boats over 30 feet with Swing Keels, Lift Keels, or Centerboards
Hi guys,
I was wondering if you guys know of any boats over 30 feet that have swing keels, lift keels, or centerboards. Basically anybody that can from a regular draft to a shoal one. I know that the southerly's have a swing keel but thats the only one i know of. Thanks

Some Bénéteau Oceanis 311 (31') have a lifting keel and twin rudders:

Yes, the Tartans to 37 (?) feet, I think some Island Packets up to 38 had them too. A member on this forum had a fairly rare 34 model, Canadian made boat that had one too... the Mfg. name evades me.... Some Jeanneau's 32? The Hake 26-46 have them, nice but newer boats.

All Feeling yachts can have a lift keel. They are doing this for years and are populair in the shallow waters in the Netherlands.

Sabre made a number in the 80's and 90's with a keel centerboard.. my 1993 38 mkII has draft of 4'3" board up. Also check Pearson, Bristol, Hinckley
