The engine doesn't work. One chainplate is missing a bolt (!) and I'm not sure the owners are aware. Rig's been off the boat for a while. Don't think it's been sailed for several years.

1986 Bristol 35.5 $19000, punta gorda, florida...This is advertised as a "diamond in the rough", and the pictures show some teak toe rail damage (hurricane), some water leakage around acouple of ports, water damage on cabin sole next to keel-stepped mast...but would opine that with a survey & some sweat equity, she could be quite the boat, especially at this price....what to look out for- center board pennant, engine access is limited so better be flexible....and get rid of the AC unit mounted in the companionway...but very stout boat that will take you anywhere, sails beautifully, not all that great to weather, but hey, cant have everything! thnks

Good example of a boat closed up for years in Florida's humid climate without proper ventilation or maintenance. It's a shame. They are nice boats.

Yup...with that sort of damage, I would guess more around $5K.

Rhodes Reliant looks to be in pretty good shape. No teak decks, pedigree, good diesel that runs and is cheap to repair. $16 K

Well...you could always ask for interior pictures and go from there. Hell, If the engine runs and the interior is decent, these boats are worth more than $10K

In top shape depending on the economy yes but bet they consider a 6k cash offer as this boat has been on the market for a while the ax is where is is the clue .

Would expect the seller is motivated given the cost of slips in SF. Curious the map shows SF harbor area not Sausalito while ad text notes "Sausalito". Just an inaccuracy of Craigslist or the listers? And a 50hp diesel on 36 footer! wowsa! thnks
