Krogan 38 for $20K OBO! Fabulous boats, except some didn't weather time well. The teak decks are screwed down, so the core is saturated. Often, that means rot below decks. But hey, if he refit the interior and it lasts 10 years, who cares? So she's a bit heavy.

How much decking could there be, looks like this design doesn't have any, other than benches in the cockpit. Personally it is the cored hull that would concern me, if hull maintenance has been neglected, that would be deal breaker. Also, he's asking too much for a dissassembled project boat.

Foredeck, side decks, and cabintop are all cored, and at least some of the Krogan 38, if not all, had teak decks screwed into that.

Have yet to see a picture of a KK38 with topside teak decking. Maybe the decked ones have already been converted....or scrapped.
