This MAY be a good deal. I am wondering why the price dropped so far? I'd be looking at the engine more closely, perhaps that is why. Certainly worth a look.

I know it's not "under" $30K, but it seems like a pretty decent deal. I kind of like Reliants and this is a moderately recent model in apparent good condition. You could always offer him $29999.99 (or less).
