Eep it is a blister era boat. Still worth a look. If it has not blistered by now it won’t, at least not from the fire retardant additive.

Endeavour 37
Year = 1980
I have written about the Endeavour 37 before on this thread, and have profiled that design with numerous photos (see earlier posts).
Here is one with a very low asking price. Located on the Missisisippi River.
There are only a few photos and a basic description.
Asking Price = $12,500

Steadman - FYI this Endeavor is sold. But this post led me to actually buy my first boat. Maybe I'm a fool or maybe an idiot savant but I actually did what others have suggested and started the process to get out there and sail. I had no idea we had a vibrant sailing community here at the confluence of the Illinois and Mississippi rivers. I live 30 mins from this Endeavor and the marina is full of various sailboats. The broker of the Endeavor was selling a 1965 Columbia C26 and I bought it. He is going to teach me and my "crew" how to sail it. She is sound but needs cosmetic work. Gotta start somewhere.

Now that is likely more a matter of taste. I have not seen the Offshore, and I have only experience with the CL Luders 30, which is built well and sails well for its vintage/design IMO. I notice on the specs that the Offshore is heavier relative to sail area and does not draw as much so based on that I'd probably prefer sailing the Luders 36. I have read rave reviews of the Luders 36, but I imagine there are rave reviews out there somewhere for the Offshore too.

Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
Just bought a 2001 Hunter 260 in St. Petersburg. Solid basic boat, DRY bilge. Very few "fixes" required. Sailed her to Punta Gorda and she is now in her new slip. She came without a trailer, as most 260's have one. I needed a trailer do to marina restrictions (Free slip, but I have to take her out for hurricanes and if I leave the house for more than 15 days). Cost $11,500 + trailer.
So far I have installed a second deep charge battery (only one battery for the outboard), installed connections and control panel for 30 amp electrical service. Preparing the boat for installation of auto pilot and HVAC.
After that I want to install a black water tank and a new marine toilet. Then the boat will be good for longer trips around the Gulf. Taking my time and doing it right.
