So here goes:
Westerly boats in general have a good reputation for being strongly built, capable, and perfectly able to withstand the ravages of time if looked after properly.
The Seahawk 34 (1986) I am selling is a great example, fully equipped with a recent(ish) engine, and set up for easy sailing from the safe center cockpit (where all lines are led). Below decks, the space must be seen and experienced to be believed. Have a look at the general layout and then head over to the Classifieds section for more photos and full details.

Nice looking boat!
Good job on the "for sale" ad you posted too.
I like what I see in the interior photos and exterior too. And the newish Beta engine is a plus. The interior appears much nicer than most boats, and the canvas (topside) looks good too.
Friendly suggestion: Post more photos of the interior in ad thread, if you have them. You can add more photos in a new posted comment (not in the top post). I suggest more of the saloon (other POV) and the aft cabin, if you have them, because those are so important. Also, as I recall this is a single head boat, so a photo of that may be important for buyers to see too. I think the "staging" of the photos was nicely done with the linens and the clean interior and the blue canvas shown on the boat. All of that is appealing and better than most..
Sorry to hear about your canceled cruising plans due to health. I hope it is just a postponement for you.
Good luck and Fair Winds!

Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
Here are some boats for the dreamers out there:
Just saw an ad from a boatyard in Hamilton Ontario which is "cleaning house", selling off several boats very cheap...some even free. Although I would not expect to find any big boats or world cruisers here, if you are looking for a low cost or no cost boat, it might be worth a look.
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-sailboat/cit...ationFlag=true
It looks like around 40 boats for sale, although a few are power boats, and some may already be sold.

Some examples are:
C&C24 $400
Tanzer 22 FREE
28 foot steel hull sailboat FREE
...you get the idea...there are 3 pages of boats listed.
boat #27 is listed as a C&C27, but the picture is a CS27. Thats not a bad boat for $4500 with a yanmar!
Note: I have no affiliation at all...just passing along the info.

Each listing is actually an image. On a (windows) PC, right click on one of the listings and select "open image in new tab". The new tab will have the image much bigger, so at least you can see the picture.
I tried to attach a few of the listing images to the post, but the file size was too big. So I converted a few to PDF...was the best I could think of.
Very little info on the listings too. However, most are fresh water boats. Some like the Tanzer 22 are well known for their longevity. Assuming all the parts are there, I would expect a T22 to need mostly cosmetic work (cleaning). I say this having bought a T22 from an estate which had been neglected for several years.
I wish I lived closer...would be great to examine some of these first hand. I would probably buy one!

so you do not understand concept of yard boat.
as rent exceeds price requested, dollars only partially pay for rent. in usa this is known as LIEN SALE FOR UNPAID RENT.
as gabriel is yard manager, he puts whatever monies are received for boat, can be pesos, into hands of yard owner.

This boat appears to be in very good condition but needs updating in the interior. I belive this boat would be serviceable as is but sails and other systems might need updating or replacement in a few years.
It's a great boat for a couple or single hander. Great price!

Can't find this boat's posting online. How did you find it?

I was just pointing out the boat has an owner, as you say currently that is the marina.

Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
seen this today in Tampa Bay Craigslist.
Westsail 32 Cruising Sailboat - $9500 (Hudson, FL
https://tampa.craigslist.org/psc/boa...59.htmlhttp://
"1975 Westsail 32 world cruiser. This was a high-end, factory built W32, now in need of refurbishing. Good sail inventory with some equipment and electronics. Over 30k invested, but all plans cancelled due to divorce. Refurb is underway, and dock in Hudson Beach with water and 30 amp electric may remain available for a nominal rent. Will email pertinent info and current photos upon request. Trades will also be considered. "
Craigslist so who knows sometimes on the up & up and sometimes b.s.

Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
There are thousands of boats damaged in Irma in St Martin / the Virgin Islands. Available from zero $ upwards. The devastation is epic. You've got to know something about cored composite repairs though.

Also, for anyone thinking about taking the seller up on leaving the boat in Hudson, a 4' draft is about the maximum you can get away with up here if you want to be able to sail the boat very much. All of that being said, this could be a really good deal.
