Here's a
Dufour 35 on EBay, being auctioned off by a boatyard in Middle River,
Maryland, that repo'd it. It's at $4300 with 3 days left to go. It seems well equipped for cruising, and mostly needs some clean-up to be ready to go again.

DETAILS of TRANSACTION - Previous owner fell on hard times and wasn't able to pay boat
storage while traveling over-seas. Boat was gifted to the Marina in exchange for past due slip
fees. Marina has a clear title which will be presented to the new owner once arrangements are made to either launch the boat or move it by truck and
trailer. If the boat is going to stay in
Maryland you will need to pay Maryland sales tax on the transaction. You may continue to keep the boat in dry
storage at its
current location if you wish. Storage costs are approximately $350 per month to keep it through November, and aprox $230 per month in advance if you want to keep it there through the entire
winter.
CONDITION - This boat does need a few weekends of
work getting it ready to sail again. Tasks include things like
sanding and
varnish,
cleaning mildew off the cast
fiberglass headliner (wipes off with a rag and Greenworks cleanser to reveal a shiny white surface), re-attaching hinges on port hamper lid, recharging or replacing
batteries, fresh
diesel fuel,
cleaning lines, greasing blocks,
bottom paint, topsides waxing and or re-painting. There are several
cushions missing which previous owner had put in storage for the
winter and then didn't pay rent on his storage locker and
lost the
cushions along with his other stuff in storage. Vessel is
Sold As Is. All mechanical systems were known to be working fine when the boat was last used in 2011. It stays very dry inside and
motor is winterized so I don't expect you will have any issues, but
electronics and other components can sometimes give out even when just sitting idle for several years. If you want to test that everything works before bidding, bring a freshly charged
battery and call me to arrange a boat tour. William 970 319-4361
