Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
This just made it to the brokerage, so pictures have not yet been posted, but for anyone looking for a VERY classic CCA sailing yacht on a budget, this may be one to seriously consider. Norbu Ketaka, a 1965 Phillip Rhodes 41 with upgrades, asking $17,000.
Grab Bag Sailboats
Here's a nice write up on the Rhodes 41 done by Blue Water Boats in October 2015: The Pearson Rhodes 41 Sailboat : Bluewaterboats.org

Luders 33 with recent Yanmar upgrade . . .
http://www.sailboatlistings.com/view/66759
I have sailed these and enjoyed it. Small interior for its size and a bit slow through the water but well built solid boats capable of going anywhere when properly equipped.
Beautiful cruising sailboat a delight to the eye and a dream to sail. Classic Bill Luders design was first fiberglass boat to circumnavigate.
* Yanmar diesel (27 hp) with only 1,400 hours, runs great.*
* Full galley, including oven.
* Sleeps six comfortably.*
* Full batten mainsail, roller furling 150% genoa foresail.*
Solid boat needs work on fresh water system, electronics, and fuel tank. Selling to downsize, this boat is a bargain for the right owner. In water and available for inspection.
$16,000

32 Downeast Sailboat - $4500 (Fort Myers, FL 33919 USA)
https://fortmyers.craigslist.org/lee...206200683.html
I think it means 32 Downeaster, as contrasted with 32 Downeast which is a range of motor boats.
A project boat, but I think these had solid GRP (not cored) construction therefore restorable. Yanmar engine, 24 or 27hp, neglected but ran when last tried, maybe just needs oil and filters etc. You can take over the existing mooring.
For the price a good project if you live in the Ft. Myers area. And I would like to meet you if you do :-)

Not a lot to go on. Can you post more pics including close ups of the engine, galley, head, interior around the portlights & hatches, mast base, sails, rigging, decks, cockpit ..... You get the idea. How are the sails? Any deck leaks or saturation. When's the last time it was hauled?

C&C 35 Beauty:
Right here on our own Cruiser's Forum, price lowered to $30,000 'or serious offers' is another repudiation to the nonsense that you can't get crusing ready boat for less than $XXX,XXX

More: http://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/...ii-187660.html
Maybe add an autopilot and ais if you're crossing oceans, otherwise the maintenance by Hinckley(!) shows in the pix, and the equipment and upgrade list is pretty complete. . (weell, there's always that anchor discussion

That Moody most likely has a Thornycroft engine.

Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
I have no stake in this boat, I just came across it on Yachtworld. It's in Santa Barbara. If I were a man with a better cash flow I'd sure drive up and get a good look at her!
'92 Yanmar with 800 hours. v-drive 3 blade prop
Not a lot of frills but looks good in photos. No interiors though.

Wish I could narrow it down for you further, just not enough clues.
