Yeah, I sailed in one for a few days on a trip to Block Island from Greenport and back. It was fun and sailed well (it's not a racing boat). Very nice interior.
I was just wondering why this particular boat seemed so cheap. Around here the asking price would be $25K Canadian (~$18K US).

Your right Its the 37, I was thinking about, A youtube family 'Sailboat Story" I think its called bought a 32. Man, wife and young daughter. Did the Bahamas Seemed like a good fit for them. I think they later sold it and moved up to a big Westsail 42. I think that would be a big thing to single hand. I don't have a boat now, maybe one day. Watching these people on youtube who buy a boat then have a few years of repairs to do, always something right. Just wears me out thinking about it. Maybe I should just sail on someone else's boat LOL!

I think I was correct in my assessment, comparing the 37 to the 32. This article https://www.practical-sailor.com/sai...s/endeavour-32 by Practical sailor paints a fairly nice picture of the 32. It was the 37 I read about that stated the under-body design was lacking.

Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
(I didn't post this a few days ago because the owner originally said it was a "Bristol Channel Cutter", which it is not. He's amended the title of the ad.)
1975 Bristol 35 for $25K CAD (~$18K US) in Cayuga (Ontario, not far from Niagara/Buffalo).
Edit: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-sailboat/ham...oat/1638798883
Not much information, it is a fairly simple sailboat of its type and looks to be in reasonable shape.
Looks clean, inside and out. It has a decent engine, probably re-powered some time.
These are well-known boats, made in the USA. Excellent small family cruisers.

Yeah well, I suspect the owner is not an expert...at either boats or selling online...

That bowsprit and sheer reminded me of the Australian schooner “Tiki” that came to a sad end in Langkawi.

I went to the Ophthalmologist last month. I seemed to have a vision problem and just could not see going to work.

Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
My old Schooner has come up for sale in Puget Sound. Lots of memories, but, Alas, no decent sailing pics available. Mary, the owner is asking $30k, OBO… ad says it needs some work, so likely a lot less than $30….
The topsail is a really cool sail on this boat.
