How much decking could there be, looks like this design doesn't have any, other than benches in the cockpit. Personally it is the cored hull that would concern me, if hull maintenance has been neglected, that would be deal breaker. Also, he's asking too much for a dissassembled project boat.

Foredeck, side decks, and cabintop are all cored, and at least some of the Krogan 38, if not all, had teak decks screwed into that.

Have yet to see a picture of a KK38 with topside teak decking. Maybe the decked ones have already been converted....or scrapped.
