Dunno. By observation, on Craigslist, “turnkey” means it floats and there’s a sleeping bag on board somewhere that’s not too moldy.
Definitely a >45°N sorta boat. If it’s not a wreck.

Thanks, but no thanks.
👎For the multi-hull and
👎 for the price tag.

Could well be, but it is in the right place in the right season. A person trying to escape the cold weather could take advantage then sail north in the spring having done a number of sake downs during the stay. Fly down, take a look if its ok buy it if not you have a few days stay at the beach. Ought to be easy to talk the significant other that its time for a vacation in Florida
A win, win. For that person or couple who have reached that point in life.

A couple of good ones there, Opie91.
If the pictures are recent, both the Cal 33 and Ericson 35 look remarkable for the price.
I'd pass on the Pearson.
Incidentally how much does it cost to keep a boat in Long Island Sound or environs?

Good for both partys, I would like to know what lens the camera used, it tended to make it look wider, a nice trick to know how to do. When you see a boat you like, someone else is liking it too. Funny how things sell. I bet it got multiple hits in the past week.

A great size boat also. I have to guess why it's selling cheap is that they can't get the decomposing body smell out of the cabin?
Just joking but good question. When I see a boat I first go to sailboat data .com and check out those numbers like the capsize and comfort numbers. This model is not the best on those measures but probably pretty quick for bay sailing
