I searched all over the internet and couldn't find anything. Should I start up a new thread?

Probably better to start a new thread with a title like: Who knows Hardins? I have not been aboard a Hardin but I would be shocked if they had cored hulls.

Again, 30 years ago people would have jumped on it for $30K. But people now lack the skill to refit boats.

I noticed that, too, Ben, and figured that maybe it was because the thread had gotten too big...?
Anyway, wrote a note to the Mods asking that perhaps in future, whomever closes a thread could perhaps add a short explanatory note at the end, like Ann Cate does.
Then I came back to find that this thread has been reopened without comment nor explanation (and no PM either).
Strange!

It was just some glitch in the system. Nothing nefarious. But I could make up a good conspiracy theory if anyone would like that!

It was found out that Capt. Who was attempting to install visual malware to hypnotize people into buying the deals on here. I heard he gets 15% of all sales. The cad!

LW:
That is incorrect, you did receive a PM, specifically one informing you that you were being thanked for flagging. I know, I sent it.
I was also the one that looked into why the thread was closed, determined it was a system glitch, reopened and was 7min late to work for my troubles.
Fortunately for me being an inspector is kind of a lone wolf job so nobody from my company was any the wiser and contractors are disinclined to complain about 5min or so here or there because annoying inspectors is counter productive overall to what they want from us, namely a clean report saying all was hunky dory. I personally don't mess with the results inspections to vent my spleen at annoying contractors, I find ways to make them look mediocre in print instead.
I was not happy about being late though.

I found it locked and sent an IM to a couple of mods with familiar names. I never received a reply, but I came back the next morning and it was open again. I'm guessing that it was closed by mistake.

Probably this shaft problem will cost way more than stated by the owner and doesnt look like an well maintained boat overall but still looks to me like a bargain.
Anyone seeing anything else here?

Re: Boats Less Than $30K Recent Noteworthy Finds
I would found it strange to be a charter cause it looks like the 2 cabin version, not the 3 cabins one. But whatever...
