1978 Cabot 36 in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada.
$36K Canadian dollars (about $29K USD).
This posting is a month old, but it looks to be a decent buy.
This boat is old, but if well looked after, these boats have a reasonable reputation as ocean cruisers.

Oh yeah, that's what I read too, but I should have been clearer; the window design was just too close to Columbia's and they lost that suit apparently.
