Winter storage included as well as engine winterizing (done by marina). ***The fact that the paint has faded on the hull (cosmetic only) was taken into consideration when we priced the boat. It is a solid boat.

Sailboat is located on Lake Erie at Erieau.
Great cruising and live aboard boat with an 11 ft beam.
All cushion foam has been replaced (2017) with marine foam including beds.
King size V-berth that you can sit up in. Dining area folds down to a queen bed and a double aft.
Cradle included.
Engine: Atomic 4 (gas) with a folding 2 blade prop.
Sails: Main sail, spare main sail and a 135 Genoa (roller furler)
Bottom paint every year.
Comes with Raymarine depth sounder and Navman chart plotter, new toilet (2017), slip covers, custom bi-fold companion way door, crib boards, built in AM/FM/CD/DVD with bluetooth player and speakers, VHF, anchor and rode.
Have manuals for most items.
Boat has always been winterized by the marina. No survey available.

I don't think this thread was ever intended to be restricted to monohulls and there have been multihulls included before. The more people we have finding deals the better for all of us.
