Bestever "Distant Shores" Design

I love working with Dutch Yacht builders and found this virtual design meeting to be amazing in its productivity for an experienced couple

I will follow this and hope for more of these videos

Great builder, great design house but a swing keel, unprotected prop, two heads, and a vee berth...we’ll pass on this. Each to his own.
It seems “go fast” is their design aim so maybe they should try catamaran sailing.
The manatee crew.

Nolex and SWL built there and liked the yard and what I saw was the gentle prompting and explanations towards making practical decisions
Early days yet in the conceptual phase, so we don't know yet what they will end up with?

I’d go for that, love swing keels, however, I’d probably just get a Garcia Yacht 45 or 52; checks all their boxes.

The Dutch yard showed the stability graphs (board up and down). I have never seen Garcia Allures or Allubat do this.
