Best way to sell my Florida boat.

After 18 years of cruising my Vancouver 32 Pilothouse, I am preparing to put her up for sale. I suspect she may appeal more to cruisers outside of my local area... Florida west coast. The security of the pilothouse has made my single-handed and short-handed sailing a real pleasure, but "the locals" are justifiably interested in large cockpits and apartment-like interiors.
Could someone suggest ways to reach potential buyers in the U.K. and the Pacific nothwest? I am aware of Yachtworld, but I believe they only accept the listing of brokers... not individual sellers.
Any other ideas? Its been years since I've bought or sold a boat.

You can post a classified ad here in the classified ad section, just don't pollute the forum message base with attempts to pitch your boat to members is all we ask.

sailing publications and brokers come to mind. No telling who would really want ti I would not assume it's only desired by a few groups. Pilot house boats are common enough in most places not just cold water areas.

Re: Best way to sell my Florida boat.

Put it on here, craigslist spaced around Florida ie Tampa Bay-South florida- Stuart - Jacksonville. Then Sailboatlistings.com and Florida Boat Trader. Florida is a place where many boat buyers from all over world check into regularly in their pursuit of a boat . many of which are probably looking for a pilothouse like yours! Just dont overprice it . Dont bother with a broker as many potential buyers are very shy dealing thru a broker. Boats are exchanging hands.

If not sold by now, should consider lowering the price.
