Best Place to sell a sailboat; Florida or VI

If I were to sell my 1999 Beneteau 50 Oceanis (owners version), which is the better sellers market; Miami/Ft Lauderdale or The Virgin Islands?

Ask your self the question, how many people will go to the BVIs as opposed to Miami to look at a boat. You have 16,000,000 people in Florida alone. The BVI had only 308,000 tourists that arrived by air.
