Best Brokers in SouthEast, mid Atlantic, and Great Lakes

For those of you all that have purchased mono hulls recently, can you let me know who the best brokers are in the following regions:
Southeast
mid Atlantic
Great lakes

I live in Tennessee so its hard for me to go looking at boats besides going online. I'm looking for a broker to help do the leg work for me.

Capt Rick Weiler. Capt Rick Weiler – Kemah TX – Your YBAA Yacht Sales Professionalin Kemah Texas. Lots of boats in Clear Lake, definitely worth talking to a broker in that area. He is with Little Yacht Sales. I can't say enough good about Rick. He treated me with the same time, and respect buying a cheap ($50k) boat as if I had been buying a boat 10x that price. He really enjoys the water and it shows. Very helpful.

What kind of boat are you looking for, where will you be taking it, and how will you be using it (day sailing, longer cruises, live aboard, etc.)?

Some brokers specialize in different market segments and so it's good to know a bit about what you're looking for to make a specific recommendation.

I'm looking for a 40ft center cockpit and intend on living on it. Eventually I would like to sail it down to the Caribbean islands.

Looking for 50k-70k for the price. Not worried about the expensive electronics, I will upgrade them later.

Friends of ours gave Rogue Wave Yacht Sales in Annapolis rave reviews. We were amazed at how much active search help our friends got. We used a different broker in Annapolis who did virtually nothing.

My dad used Rouge Wave and they were great. I would highly recommend them for the mid Atlantic region. The most professional and knowledgeable broker I have ever met was David Walters in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
