Bavaria 37 or 39 Cruiser

Hi all cruisers!

I am in the process of bying my first boat to go costal cruising with family and friends. I know its going to be a bavaria 37 or 39 cruiser since I am 6'4'' and I want standing headroom.

I like the bavarias and have sailed the 32 (older model). But I have newer tried the 37 or the 39, so what is the difference? Anybody tried these two?

I am the owner of a Bavaria 37 (year : 2001)...
I am not sure to understand whether you intend to buy a new boat or not... In the second case I may be able to tell you a few things to know...
Otherwise (if it is a new one), the difference is 2 feet...
