Asian built Leopard 38??? Good. Bad?

Anybody have any experience or information about the quality of the leopards cats built by Hangzhou Sino-Eagle & Leopard Yacht Co., Ltd. Their is a 38 in the Philippines that I am looking at. Any advice would help. Is the build quality as good? Any issues? re-sale?

FWIW... a mate has a 4 year old Leopard 48... he breaks his forward windows on passage.

Hull flex perhaps? .... and Leopard do not answer his emails either.
