Anyone near Saluda, VA available to look at a boat for me?

There's a nice looking C&C 30' for sale that I'd like to see. Unfortunately I'm in NC and can't make it up to Virginia anytime soon. The owner is eager to sell and has given me a good price that "is good until Dec. 24th". Yeah I know...if it's good until then, it'll be good afterward.

But still, if there is anyone willing to give the boat a once over for me I would really appreciate it.
