Just a potential new owner I'm afraid!!. Looking for some pointers about potential issues when we are inspecting prior to purchase.

Check the social groups here under community. There is a Jeanneau owners group there. There may be a SL34 owner there.

Yes I have Sun Liberty 34 - for 12 years now... and still love it..

Great news! ( that after 12 years you like it!!)
The model fits our spec for a group owners scheme in Spain.
There are currently 2 for sail in our part of Spain and we plan to look at them both soon!
One yacht has a tiller and the other a wheel. We are used to wheel steering but the tiller does seem to free up space in the cockpit!
Would really appreciate your views on any special potential issues we should look for ,
we are experienced boat owners but recognise that all issues are not obvious!
