I'm in need of a surveyor for a pre-purchase inspection in the Norfolk / Chesapeake city area.

He is known by the brokers in the area to be the toughest surveyor in the region. I met him when he surveyed a boat I was selling. He was so thorough that when I bought the next 3 boats I asked him to be my surveyor.
