Any info on the Ohlson 29?

As you can see (below my avatar), I own an Ohlson 29. In the mid '70's the design was bought by Winga and the boat became the better known Winga 29.

According to SailBoatData, the Winga is smaller than the original Ohslon; I doubt that very much - the data listed for the Ohlson seems to be incorrect (LOA over 9 meters? Haha, I wish ) It also shows a pic of the Winga instead of an Ohlson on the Ohlson page.

Maybe my Google skills are lacking, but I've never been able to find much information on the Ohlson 29. I did find winga29.se and managed to read most of it (with Google Translate), but would love info on the original Ohlson.

Does anyone here maybe have any interesting or fun information on the Ohlson 29? Any and all info is very much appreciated

Sorry for delay, I don't read this forum very often.

My boat is Ohlson 29 (#146, 1975) "Terhen" (Mist). I have owned it now for 4 years and I mainly sail on Näsijarvi, north of Tampere, Finland.

Here's info I know about Ohlson 29:

- Ohson 29 was designed by Swedish designer Einar Ohlson and build in Finland
- Ohlson 29 was build 1972-1980(?) by Artekno in Kangasala, Finland
- Several orginal engines used: Vire (petrol), Volvo MD5A, Bukh DV10M (I have Bukh)
- Model was later licensed to Winga Marine (Sweden) and build in Sweden as Winga 29
- Ohlson 29 had direct shaft trasmission, Winga 29 has saildrive. AFAIK that's main difference between these boats and best way to find if boat is Ohlson or Winga. Overall measurements are the same.
- Pictures at sailboatdata for Ohlson 29 and Winga 29 are OK, other facts are not so OK.

These facts should be OK: Length 8.85, LWL 6,70, widhth 2,70, draft 3,1t

It's an Ohlson (since the boat tag says "Made in Finland, Artekno, no 225").

@LizzyBelle, did you find any info about the Ohlson 29 that you wish to share?
