The pilothouse is laid out pretty poorly, ultimately. As a result, putting 4 people aboard means that at almost no time can everyone be sitting around the settee comfortably. The settee itself is VERY poorly designed and not quite deep enough to sit comfortably unless you're on a starboard tack

I have personal beef with the location of the
raw water impeller on the Yanmar but that is a different matter entirely.
In the end, this boat is perfect for a cruising couple, but not a
live-aboard one. I know because I tried it!
This fall we'll haul her out and install new
rigging. She has 3/8" 1x19 with Norseman lowers fore and aft, as well as the two cap shrouds and inner forestay. The rest are 5/16".
We're planning the addition of
solar to keep her topped up when on
passage, and not running the motor whenever possible. We'll also invest in
windvane steering to keep
battery consumption low as well. The previous owner took the
SSB antenna, so we're trying to figure that out as well.
