'84 Hunter 37C - Comments?

Hi All, I have been searching high and dry for the perfect escape vessel for quite some time now and never really looked at the 37C as a prospect until I was recently offered one at a great price. There are a few good articles on the net about this particular model, but I was wondering if we have any owners on this forum who can help me out. Can you let me know what to look for in potential pitfalls, problems or anything else before I commit to purchase? I really would appreciate as much info as possible. Thanks in advance for your time.
