2011 Hanse 430

Does anyone know the "airgap for the Hanse 430 2011 model. It has an 18mtr I measurement so am guessing it must be near 20mtrs. Confirmation would be appreciated.
Also, the boat I am looking at has teak decks, what are your thoughts on teak in the northern regions of Australia. Think "hot".

On teak decks I would avoid and go with white GRP for hot climates. They are also a pain to maintain.
