Great
boats. I've been on a pile of them here in
Maine. Very popular, had a buddy sell his mint early 80's 28' for 32k. He had three buyers in a buyers war! I think they sail great and are comfortable. I think they've got great lines.
30 is a great size for
single hand sailing and living.
Offset prop on your model? Some folks complain about lack of straight reverse, but the pointy end is the other way I say.
30 y/o
boat is gonna leak, from the top is better than the bottom
Moisture is to be expected, easy fixes: gaskets,
sealant, butyl tape etc.. Spongy decks for me is a walk away.
Surveyor will differentiate on paper.
My 2 cents. Great
boats. Love 'em.
