1976 Bristol 34

Hi, again everyone. As I have posted before I am currently looking for a boat to outfit and do some very extended cruising on. I have recently come across a Bristol 34 for the right price for my one year or so overhaul. This boat would be home for years to come from port to port after fitted properly. Yes this means ocean passages. I have heard some issues with deck to hull joints leaks etc. Please let me know everyone on the positives and the negatives of this boat from first hand knowledge. I think the Britol 33 and 34 are nearly the same.
Hopefully that helps a little.
