1973 23' Coronado?

Im looking at a 1973 23' coronado which the current owner has put some time into restoring. he says he redid the bottom and from what i see the boat is in great shape. the interior is clean and looks recent, could use some decorative touches though. hes asking 3000. is that a fair price? it has a honda 9.9 which he ran for me. says the sails are in good shape.the situation is also in my favor. its at a marina conveniently located in my area so no hassle of transport. he lives on it now so i know its ready to just get in and go. I could use all the feedback i can get! Im going to see it again tomorrow and make an offer. thanks!

Tough little classic plastic... Sounds like a fair spring, ready to sail price to me. Nice little weekender. Also has the advantage in Florida of being eligible for "antique" registration tag. (Google it). Low cost, one time tag... no renewal required.
